Ronaldo still dreaming of playing in Madrid

* 'People must understand it is my desire since childhood'

* 'If I had won the Champions, had not thought about Real Madrid'

* 'I never wanted to go against the will of United, I put my whole soul into this club'

The Portuguese player Cristiano Ronaldo has acknowledged that never hid his desire to play in Spain, particularly in relation to Real Madrid, and said it was somewhat naive in thinking that could reach the Spanish League. The end asked the fans of the 'red devils' who understands what happened.

"After winning the Champions League I felt I needed a new challenge. In fact, never hide my desire to play in Spain, Real Madrid, and I thought it might be the right time," admitted the Portuguese in an interview to the Daily Mirror.

However, the Portuguese player admitted to having been somewhat "naive" to believe they could have signed for Real Madrid. "The possibility of being in my house, my family about an hour's flight was something very attractive. The people of United, in particular the coach, understood my reasons," said Ronaldo.

"When I did I was naive because the public gave them full responsibility. Only I said what I thought, because my dream is to play at Real Madrid and I felt it was the most opportune time," said the player of Manchester, where the club has already won all titles for which has struggled since his arrival in the islands.

"People must understand, can not be worried about me for trying to make a dream I had since childhood. I knew they were interested in me, but if we had not won the Champions League, I had not thought about Real Madrid. And another thing: never wanted to leave against the will of Manchester, "he said.

"I'm one hundred percent professional and always given my heart and my soul for this club," he told the magazine of Manchester, which also noted that if one day leave knowing that he wants to do "everything possible to ensure that United triumph, "said Ronaldo, who turns wanting to leave before his return to Old Trafford in less than expected because his injury-affected cartilage from a right foot-is evolving favourably.
