John Terry is free to face Manchester United after winning the appeal on his controverisal red card.
The Chelsea skipper was sent off by Mark Halsey in the Manchester City after pulling down striker Jo with his arm.
Despite the Blues initially complaining that Terry was not the last defender, referee Halsey actually produced the card for serious foul play.
To be classified as when someone "uses excessive force or brutality against a difficult opponent when the ball when playing."
Today's decision means that the England captain may now face United in title challenges Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
An FA statement read: "In an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing today, a claim for unfair dismissal of Chelsea John Terry was confirmed.
"Terry is shown a red card for serious foul play during the match of Chelsea against Manchester City on September 13.
"As a result of the hearing today, Terry three match suspension has been withdrawn."
