Former Milan striker Ronaldo has confirmed contact with Manchester City, but insists that it is too early to say whether he will join compatriot Robinho in the City of Manchester Stadium.
The 31-year-old prefers to focus on his recovery from the serious knee injury that sustained earlier this year.
Ronaldo continues to undergo rehabilitation in Brazil and it has been suggested that the 2002 World Cup winner would end his career in his homeland.
A free agent after the expiry of his contract this summer in Milan, Ronaldo is not bound by the transfer window regulations.
Keen to avoid the speculation, as he did once oppose defenders, Ronaldo still admitted that he had "some contacts" with cash-rich city.
"I have some projects but I am focused on getting over this injury," he added.
