Milan allegedly sold Kaká to Chelsea for $ 151M

According to England's Daily Star, AC Milan has decided to sell Kaká Chelsea - providing it receives a world record bid of 151 million dollars.

Chelsea has been linked with a move for the European and World Player of the Year in recent years, and this summer has been linked with a mega-money supply for the star.

In July it was reported that Chelsea had made a $ 148 million offering of Kaká. The next day Milan Vice President Adriano Galliani confirmed that the club had rejected a "conspicuous" Chelsea offer, but did not reveal a figure, before adding that Kaká was not for sale at any price.

Chelsea's chief executive Peter Kenyon then rejected talk of a bid by Kaká, but that did not prevent the press from reporting the Londoners were set to make a huge $ 221 million bid for the midfielder.

Eventually died speculation, but last week there were fresh reports in English and Italian press that Milan might consider selling Kaká to Chelsea next summer for a world of registration fees.

According to the Daily Star, this is true, and the Rossoneri will release their star man, if Chelsea will submit a bid of 151 million dollars.

Chelsea manager Luiz Felipe Scolari is said to prefer the signing of the Real Madrid star Robinho, but if this is not possible, certainly not lose the opportunity to work with Kaká, who coached Brazil to World Cup victory in his 2002 campaign in Korea and Japan.--sport ilustrated
