Arsenal loses nine players


Affected by the crisis Arsenal boss Arsène Wenger is without nine of Gunners stars crunch Champions League qualifying clash against FC Twente. Cesc Fabregas and lost the first two weeks of the season with a hamstring injury. Wenger must now take one of the biggest bets of their careers as it depends on their children to look after Steve McClaren aside.



Summer signing Aaron Ramsay, 17, will make its debut in the absence of the Fab Arsenal after jetted over to Holland last night with six teenagers in his 18-man squad.



Wenger said: "The Champions League qualifiers are our biggest games of the season - but we have a great squad at home and not let me with many options. "Basically, this is a choice of a young player or even younger. Just as we are without Fabregas Toure, Senderos, Nasri, Diaby, Rosicky, Eduardo, Song and Amaury Bischoff. I've never known such a problem to start a season.''



"The problem is, when you have to play Champions League qualifiers so early, you push players and injuries they receive, that is what has happened."



Middlesbrough Steve Gibson, owner is awaiting a response from Arsenal, after submitting a bid for the 23-year-old right-back Justin Hoyte.
