Totti And Zanetti Up For The Coppa Italia

Roma captain Francesco Totti and Inter skipper Javier Zanetti have shown solidarity as both teams prepare to fight for the Coppa Italia on Saturday.

The Giallorossi will play the Beneamata tomorrow afternoon at the Stadio Olimpico which is likely to be sold out. Roma have home advantage and they will be relishing the chance to take revenge for missing out on the Scudetto to Inter last week. Both captains have released a joint statement and they are looking forward to battle.

A statement on Roma's official website reads: "Two great teams will meet on Saturday at the Stadio Olimpico and both teams will show passion like they have all season. "Both teams fought a hard and long season right until the end and we are sure that there will be a great spectacle in the final. It will be a night full of joy and respect and a great evening for sport in general."

The Giallorossi won the Coppa last season after Inter had dominated the competition by winning it in each of the previous three seasons. The Nerazzurri are on for the double but Roma will be hell-bent on preventing that from happening. Whatever the outcome, it should be a great night for Calcio.
