Inter Milan's Chivu Dismisses Roma Traitor Claims

Inter Milan defender Cristian Chivu has dismissed claims from some Roma fans that he is a "traitor" for leaving the club last summer.

The Romania international, ahead of tonight's big game, said: "In Rome I was fine, I have a clear conscience even if I have suffered a lot because some have called me a traitor for wanting to leave.

"Alberto Aquilani and Daniel De Rossi are among the best midfielders in the world. If Inter could buy them, they would be huge signings, but I think it would be difficult to lure them away." (Source: Tribalfootball.com)
