Prediction Poland-Croatia 1-2 or 1-0?

Prediction by Ade Adran Syahlan, owner blog and compare Goal.com; What :Euro 2008 Group B; Who: Poland (4th, 1 point) v Croatia (1st, 6 points); When: Monday, June 16th, Kick-off 20:45 CET; Where: Worthersee Stadion, Klagenfurt; Referee: Kyros Vassaras (Greece)

PREDICTION by Graham Lister, Goal.com; Poland 1-2 Croatia

Stand-in Poland captain Jacek Bak admits: "It will be a very difficult match for us. Croatia will play a bit more laid-back and if you're laid-back you can actually show more because there's less pressure. We are under a lot of pressure, and with a shadow of a chance of qualifying. It will be very difficult to play against them. Croatia have played and won against Germany in style, the same with the Austrians, so it will be very hard for us. But I believe in our team, that we'll pull ourselves together, be mobilised, play good football and win a game during these championships."

It will, though, be a tall order, even against a changed Croatian side who will wear black armbands out of respect for a 19-year-old Croatian fan who died tragically before the Germany game. They have their tails up and the players coming in will be eager to press their claims to be involved in the quarter-final against Turkey, so their should be no significant dip in commitment.

Poland may be inhibited by the knowledge that even if they beat Croatia, Germany - with a point to prove against Austria after losing to Bilic's team - will probably thwart their chances of progressing. It could be a narrow win for Croatia.

Prediction by Ade Adran Syahlan; Poland 1-0 Croatia
