Löw: Without Ballack play well

The German selector Joachim Löw praised the quality of Spain, his opponent in the final of the Euro, but added he hoped a victory for his team, with or without Ballack. "His absence would not change our style of play," he said.

"The Spaniards have been the best so far and more constant. They have high quality, well-pressed, dominate the ball and, furthermore, all their players play in leading teams such as Barcelona, Real Madrid, Arsenal or Liverpool," analyzed the German selector .

However, clarified that Löw hopes his team's victory, "of course". "We've come a long way, which has cost us a lot of energy. Now we must once again mobilize all our forces to bring the trophy to Germany," he said.

Low made these statements at a press conference almost monopolized by the case of injury to Michael Ballack and his possible absence in the final of Vienna, where the coach was accompanied by Midfielder Thomas Hitzlsperger. Precisely, the Stuttgart player spoke about the importance of the master: "For someone like him we need it in the end," he said.

Joachim Löw denied that before an eventual absence of Ballack will change the picture tactical implemented in recent matches, 4-2-3-1. "Do not change the concept because tactical missing a player, no matter how important that is. I'm not giving it a discarded, but if someone eventually has to come by Ballack, we will not change the fundamental way we play," he argued.
