Blamiert us!

At the European Championship draw half a year ago we Germans have breathed: Fortunately no "group of death", as Holland, France and Italy have caught. The fact that the last group game against Austria now for us is a real finals, I had not expected.

A withdrawal of our team is for me but it remains unthinkable. It would be a terrible Riesenblamage and for the German football. We bekämen again as a discussion after the European Championship from 2004. Not just the coach, but everything.

While in recent years only the lack of competitiveness of our clubs in the Champions League has complained and the national team as a shining example stood, would be Germany's football completely in a bad light. That must not happen. It takes none!

I can only appeal to the players and coach Joachim Loew on: Blamiert us! With all due respect for Austria: I firmly believe that Germany not only the one required dots picks, but wins.

I do to 2:0 for us!

How will the game run? The hosts will rip in Vienna. Quite Austria speaks of this game and Cordoba in 1978. That seems so now Austria's most famous city ... I expect that as the Austrians last with such a high tempo start, that in the second half ausgepowert. That is the time our team.
