An own goal from Cicinho, and in the final moments, prevented the triumph of Roma in his visit to Bologna (1-1), while the Torino won at home to Palermo (1-0).
AS Roma, which came from European triumph over Chelsea (3-1), visited Bologna, which premiered as a coach Siniša Mihajlović, in a match of lower area of classification. A shock, therefore, important for both sets in the desire to trace flight, and perhaps for that reason, there was no great spectacle of football.
The first half had a more entonado Bologna that could pre-empt on the scoreboard through Marchini and Di Vaio. The second half, however, saw the resurgence of Rome, who also managed to get ahead in the scoring on a shot from his captain Francesco Totti (m.68).
From there, the Roma tried to gain possession of the ball that led to a Bologna-based heart and missed a couple of opportunities to tie. When everything was already presage the Roman triumph, he matched up to the minute 92, in an unfortunate action from Cicinho, who introduced the ball into his goal in an attempt to head clear.
Hours earlier, the Torino won the Palermo (1-0) with a bit of Saumel (m.88) who came to Turin to reward a set that seemed to ally with the misfortune: three balls on sticks and a goal nullified Amoruso ( m.54), in a position apparently legal.
