Brazil beat Portugal 6-2





No fewer than eight goals were scored on Wednesday in the international friendly between Brazil and Portugal.



Unfortunately for the Portuguese, who managed only two on net, while Brazil impressed with six goals. The result was opened after just four minutes through Portugal, but Danny Luis Fabiano capped another four minutes later.



The forwaded added another in 25 minutes and Maicon was 3-1 in the 56th. Another two minutes later, Luis Fabiano netted his third to complete a hat-trick.



Simao then got a ride to Portugal, but goals from Elano Blumer and Adriano earned the South Americans a very comfortable 6-2 victory.



Brazil is the first win over Portugal since 1996. Portugal won two of three meetings since, ended in a tie.
