International friendlies raids


European Champions Spain and France, Portugal, Germany and Bulgaria won all its games friendlies on Wednesday night.



The attack shocked France in Sweden, as Raymond Domenech's protected won the glamorous friendly encounter 3-2.



The legendary Henrik Larsson scored a stunning opener for the Swedes, firing in an absolutely superb acrobatic volley, but France goal-machine Karim Benzema responded with a powerful finish at the other end to make it 1-1.



Les Bleus' new keeper Steve Mandanda was set on fire and stopped a dozen attempts by the men in yellow before Sidney Govou fired in a perfect cross for Florent Malouda punish the ineffectiveness of the Swedes in the second half.



Les Bleus took the lead and could have scored through a third captain Thierry Henry, but the giant frame of Andreas Isaksson prevented the striker celebrated.



Govou sealed a superb win Euro 2008 after France following a kind of new world-heeled Henry center that allowed the Lyon with interest volley home from very close range.



Kim Kallstrom finally reduced the difference from the spot five minutes before the final whistle after a foul Alou Diarra in the box.



European Champions Spain impressed under new coach Vicente del Bosque, since hammered Denmark 3-0 in their own venue. Liverpool's Xabi Alonso was the hero of La Cross, as the midfielder scored twice in the second half, followed by Euro 2008 Player of the Tournament Xavi.



Tottenham goal-machine Dimitar Berbatov, strongly linked with Manchester United, offset a double to help defeat Bosnia Bulgaria 2-1.

Another large part of Europe, Germany, delighted their fans with a spectacular 2-0 victory over Belgium. Bastian Schweinsteiger and 19-year-old Marco Marin, from the field, both scored by the National Council of Mannschaft.

Italy, led by Marcelo Lippi, tied with Austria 2-2 at the Stade du Ray Nice. Emmanuel Pogatetz as Middlesbrough scored an early opener and Marc Janko added another. But the visitors lost their two-goal lead by scoring two own goals through Stranzl and Ozcan.
